M. Lynn Cherry,
Jr. is a Durham native with 32 years of real estate property
management experience. In 1975 he received his North
Carolina Real Estate Brokers License. He is a past
president of the Durham Association of Realtors, and in 1998 was
presented the REALTOR of the YEAR AWARD by the Durham Realtors.
He is a past president of the Durham Lions Club, and a Past
Master of Eno Masonic Lodge. He is an Eagle Scout and is BSA Wood
Badge trained. He is a volunteer Hunter Safety Instructor
for the North Carolina Wildlife Commission. He is a Member
of the Durham Association of Realtors, the North Carolina
Association of Realtors and the National Association of
Realtors.
Shirley Cates
has been in the property management business for over 25 years.
She received her North Carolina Real Estate Brokers License
in 1996. She is a member of the Durham Association of Realtors,
the North Carolina Association of Realtors, and the National
Association of Realtors.
Christy Evans
has been involved with many aspects of Real Estate since
1993. From 1993 to 2003 her experience began by
working closely with a land developer and owner of manufactured
housing communities. The knowledge and experience gained
over the years specialized in property management, building and
zoning, accounting, and land sales. In 2001 Christy
received her Paralegal Legal Assistant Certification. In
2003 Christy joined the team here at Cherry Realty, a company
for over 30 years. In August 2004, Christy received her
Real Estate Broker's License. She is also a member of the
National Association of Realtors, North Carolina Association of
Realtors and the Durham Association of Realtors.
Laura
Satterfield has been in the property
management business for 5 years. She is a student at
Durham Technical Community College where she is completing an
Associates of Science degree specializing in Computer
Information Systems. Laura received her North Carolina
Real Estate License in 2004 and her North Carolina Real Estate
Broker's License in 2006. Laura is a member of the
National Association of Realtors, North Carolina Association of
Realtors and the Durham Association of Realtors.
