To prospective customers we provide services for people wanting to rent homes, apartments, offices and commercial retail.  We provide many different types and styles of homes and offices to fit our customers needs.  We encourage prospective customers to come to our office so that we may assist them.  We have a portfolio of our properties that are available, with colored pictures, amenities, floor plans and directions.  During business hours there is always a broker available to assist in locating a home or office.

To prospective property owners we provide our management skills.  "Hassle free property management".  We collect the rent, make arrangements for repairs and service, pay monthly expenses, work directly with tenants and provide a month end cash flow report.
