Want to look inside? Come by our office and check out a key to look at the home.  There is a $20 key deposit that will be returned to you upon receipt of the key.  You will have the freedom to look at the property on your own.  If you have any questions or concerns we will be happy to assist you upon your return to the office.

Ready to rent? Complete an application and receive same day approval.  There is a $20 application fee.  Upon approval you will be ready to sign a lease.  At this time, deposit and 1 month rent is due.  Now you are ready to receive the key to your new home.
